About the role
Developers are our first users. You will make sure their first hour with Backspin is a good one, from the quickstart to their first settled transfer, and bring what you learn from them back to the product team.
What you will do
- Write guides, tutorials and sample apps for accounts, ACH, cards and checks.
- Keep the SDK examples and the API reference accurate with every release.
- Talk to customers about their integration and turn the friction into fixes.
- Speak at meetups and run workshops a few times a year.
What you bring
- Experience building with APIs in at least two languages.
- Writing that is clear, short and correct.
- Curiosity about how money moves.
