We rebuilt our event system from the ground up. Webhooks v2 is faster, easier to verify and safer to replay, and it ships alongside reconciliation exports that finance teams have been asking for since our first release.
Key highlights:
- Signed and versioned events: Every webhook carries a signature header and a fixed schema version, so a new field never breaks your handler.
- Retries and replay: Failed deliveries retry with backoff for up to three days, and you can replay any event from the dashboard or the API.
- Daily reconciliation files: Download a CSV or fetch JSON that ties each payment, return and fee to its line on the bank statement.
- Ledger references: Attach your own IDs to payments and get them back in every event and export, so matching happens without spreadsheets.
Webhooks v1 keeps working until the end of the year. You can run both versions side by side while you migrate, and the dashboard shows which endpoints still listen to v1.
